I joined Hamrun TFC in Season 1991/1992.

When did you start playing subbuteo?
I started playing at the age of 8.

How did you first get into the sport?
I played my first game when a friend received a team as a present. The first match was played by dividing the team in two and marking half of the players in pencil.

Do you have a particular team you play with?
Yes, Aston Villa for the last 9 years, with many players now close to hanging their boots.

What type of bases do you play with?
I play with Profibase (De Angelis) bases.

What are some of your accomplishments in the sport?
Malta National League, Malta KO, Hamrun Premier League, Hamrun Trophy, MTFSA League for Clubs, Hitdorf Club Championship, Hitdorf Club KO, German Championship for Clubs.

Do you have any funny story you encountered in the subbuteo world?
The subbuteo world is full of different characters who produce free entertainment. One particular event I remember is one Maltese guy playing in a foreign tournament scoring an own goal from the centre circle.

Is there anything you would change in subbuteo?
I would change some of the rules to favour more attacking play, thus making the game more attractive.
