When where you born?
I was born on the 19th September 1982.

Where do you live?
I live in Hamrun.

What is your current occupation?
I work as a software/web developer and I am a part time university student.

Which is you favourite football team?
I'm proud to support an honest club, Inter. And Italy of course!! Ps. CAMPIONI DEL MONDO!!!

Do you have any other hobbies besides subbuteo?
Yes, both watching and playing football, playing one of the best PC games in the world, Football Manager and i'm also into I.T. technologies.

List down the subbuteo clubs you were a member of (in chronological order)
I've been a member of Hamrun TFC and Italian side, Palermo SC.

When did you join Hamrun TFC?
I joined Hamrun TFC in 1996.

When did you start playing subbuteo?
I started playing at the age of 14.

How did you first get into the sport?
I received a subbuteo box set as a present and I used to play for fun with a friend on the kitchen table without knowing the proper rules. I then took part and won a tournament organised at school. The organiser was a member of Hamrun TFC and he encouraged me to start the game as a sport and join the club and that is what I did.

Do you have a particular team you play with?
Not really, although it has to be a football team I don't dislike. I currently bought a new set of bases and put the Argentina team on them.

What type of bases do you play with?
I play with profibase C3 bases.

What are some of your accomplishments in the sport?
Some of the most important accomplishments i've achieved are winning the Under 19 Mons International Tournament and Under 19 Malta Champion both occuring in 2002. In 2004 I joined Palermo SC and helped the team get promoted to Serie B in Italy.

Do you have any funny story you encountered in the subbuteo world?
One funny story I remember is whilst playing a friendly against a friend of mine. I had a shot on goal which my friend saved. With the save the ball was moving to the other side of the pitch, however, my player kept on moving and hit the ball and scored the goal. My friend and I couldn't believe what had happened, it was funny because it was as if the player was alive and followed the ball and made a diving header to score the goal.

Is there anything you would change in subbuteo?
Not in the game as such but I would like to change the mentality of some subbuteo players who arrive at the premises at the time when their match is supposed to start or even a bit later, instead of arriving earlier to prepare the team and be ready to start the match at the flick off time.
