The clubs league came to an end last Friday where Hamrun were crowned Malta champions. The competition was played on a league basis involving five clubs being: Hamrun, Valletta, Bormla, Msida and Attard.

Each club had to play each other twice as the tournament was played on a home and away basis.

At the end it was Hamrun who won the Malta Table Football Sports Association (MTFSA) Clubs League confirming their local dominance once again. Hamrun managed to win the league winning all matches except for one which they drew at the hands of Bormla. The first team was composed of Stefan Pace, Ilai Zammit Marmara', Kenneth Attard and Mark Zammit, with a few appearances from promising players, Darren Bezzina, Darren Carabott, Adam Gatt, Matthew Pace, Nicholas Sciberras and Vince Mifsud.

Winning this competition confirmed the eligibility of the club for the next Europa Cup to be held in Mattersburg (Austria) in October.
