Last Friday Hamrun were involved in two matches of the clubs league. Hamrun played their first home matches of the season against Msida and Attard. The first match was against Msida where the team managed to win 4-0. The players selected for the match were Ilai Zammit Marmara, Stefan Pace, Kenneth Attard, Mark Zammit and Matthew Sapiano. Ilai beat Alan Abela Wadge 3-2, Mark, substituted by Kenneth at half time won 2-0 against Clint Abela Wadge. Matthew Sapiano beat Martin Micallef 3-0, whist Stefan beat Etienne Deguara 8-0.

In the second match, Hamrun won again Attard, again with a 4-0 score line. The team selected for this match was the same as the one against Msida with only one change. Adam Gatt was listed instead of Matthew Sapiano. In their respective matches, Mark won against Hector Scerri 1-0. Kenneth won against Daniel Spadaro 2-0, Stefan won against Jason 3-2 and Ilai substituted at half time by Adam won the match 5-0 against Silvio Catania.
